Corrections, missing restaurants, outdated offers, general feedback. This is an independent project, so responses may take a few days. Data corrections with a clear source get handled first.

Before emailing: quick self-service

The tool only lists restaurants that appear in a bank's public dining discount program. If your favourite spot has no bank partnerships, it won't appear regardless. If you believe a restaurant should be listed and have a source such as a bank offer page or a merchant listing, please include that link in your email. It speeds up the addition significantly.
Banks update their terms regularly and sometimes without notice. If you've confirmed the current terms at the bank's website or at the restaurant itself and they differ from what's shown here, send the correction with a source link. Corrections with sources get prioritised.
konsacard.pk is a comparison tool only. We do not process applications, take commissions, or have relationships with banks. Each card on the site links to the bank's own application page. For eligibility questions, contact the bank directly.
The ranking is calculated from your exact inputs. Try adjusting: set your real bill size (this is the biggest driver), add your specific restaurants, and set your actual dining days. If after doing that the result still seems off, mention what you expected and what inputs you used. That is the most useful kind of feedback.

What happens with corrections

Corrections that include a source (a bank offer page URL, a screenshot, or a merchant listing) get verified and processed in the next data update cycle. Corrections without a source take longer because they require independent verification.

The site is an independent project without a team behind it, so there's no guaranteed response time or dedicated support queue. If you don't hear back, it doesn't mean the correction was ignored. It may simply be queued for the next update.
