1. How our offers data is sourced

The discount offers shown on konsacard.pk are aggregated from public sources. These include each bank's published offer pages, publicly accessible merchant feeds (for example the Peekaboo platform that several Pakistani banks use to publish dining offers, and the Easypaisa Discount World programme), and merchant workbooks published by the issuing banks themselves (such as the NBP merchant spreadsheet). We do not have a commercial relationship with any of these sources.

Bank names and card names are used nominatively to identify the products being compared. Bank logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identification. konsacard.pk is independent and is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with any bank, payment scheme, or restaurant.

2. Data accuracy and limitations

We refresh the offers dataset periodically. The timestamp of the last refresh is shown in the footer of the home page. Between refreshes, banks may change, suspend, or extend their offers without notice. Discount percentages, caps, eligibility, day-of-week restrictions, and participating branches can all change at any time.

All data on konsacard.pk is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying any offer with the issuing bank or the restaurant before relying on it for a purchase decision. We invite users to flag inaccuracies via the contact page; corrections are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

3. Not financial advice

The information on konsacard.pk is intended for general comparison and educational purposes only. It is not financial, banking, tax, or legal advice. The fit scores, rankings, and savings estimates are illustrative outputs of an algorithm based on publicly available offer data. They do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to apply for any specific card or service.

Before applying for or using any card, consider your own circumstances and consult the issuing bank's full terms and conditions, fee schedules, and eligibility criteria. Where appropriate, seek independent professional advice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, konsacard.pk, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information presented here. This includes, without limitation, any loss of savings, missed discounts, denied transactions, fees charged by a bank, decisions to apply for or close a financial product, or any disputes between you and any third party (including any bank, restaurant, or advertiser).

Your use of konsacard.pk is entirely at your own risk. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

5. External links and third-party services

The tool links to bank application pages, bank offer pages, restaurant pages, and external resources. konsacard.pk has no control over and takes no responsibility for the privacy practices, security, accuracy, or content of those external sites. When you follow a link to another site, that site's terms and privacy policy apply from that point forward.

The site may include affiliate, referral, or analytics-tagged links in the future. If that happens, it will not affect the editorial ranking of cards in the tool. Rankings are produced by the public scoring algorithm described on the methodology page.

6. Intellectual property

The text, code, layout, and design of konsacard.pk are the intellectual property of the operator and are made available for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, mirror, redistribute, or commercially reuse the site or its contents without prior written permission.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks (including bank names, card names, and restaurant names) remain the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for the purpose of nominal identification. If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, please contact us and we will respond promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use konsacard.pk only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use automated systems (scrapers, bots, crawlers other than those allowed by our robots.txt) to extract data from the site in bulk.
